मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी की अध्यक्षता में हुई सचिव समिति की बैठक
देहरादून। राज्य में ईकोलाॅजी एवं ईकोनाॅमी के संतुलन के लिए निर्धारित किए गए फ्रेमवर्क ‘‘नौ सूत्र प्रगति प्रकृति संतुलन मिशन’’ पर गम्भीरता से कार्य करने की हिदायत देते हुए मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी ने सचिवालय में सचिव समिति की बैठक में सभी सचिवों से इस सम्बन्ध में सुझाव मांगे हैं।
नियोजित बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास पर विशेष बल देते हुए मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी ने सचिव कृषि को राज्य में बदलती जलवायु के अनुकूल खेती के तहत जैविक कृषि, मृदा संरक्षण व कुशल सिंचाई प्रबन्धन से सम्बन्धित योजनाओं को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने सचिव पर्यटन को राज्य में ईको-सर्टिफिकेशन, वेस्ट मेनेजमेंट तथा ईको टूरिज्म नीतियों को क्रियान्वित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। सीएस ने सचिव उद्योग को उद्योग क्षेत्र में ग्रीन टेक्नाॅलजी के उपयोग से स्वस्थ प्रतिस्पर्धा एवं सस्टेनिबिटी को कायम करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने सचिव ऊर्जा को ईकोलाॅजिकल सेफगार्ड वाले छोटे जल विद्युत प्रोजेक्ट तथा सौर ऊर्जा परियोजनाओं को बढ़ावा देने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने सचिव आवास एवं लोक निर्माण विभाग को सत्तशील निर्माण तरीकों को इस्तेमाल करते हुए जलवायु अनुकूल आवासों और सड़कों के निर्माण को प्रोत्साहित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी ने उत्तराखण्ड राज्य के पर्यावरण तथा आर्थिकी में संतुलन के विजन को पूरा करने के लिए विश्वभर तथा अन्य राज्यों में अपनायी जा रही बेस्ट प्रैक्टिसेज का अध्ययन करने तथा राज्य की परिस्थितियों के अनुकूल क्रियान्वित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने अन्य देशों एवं राज्यों में विशेषरूप से कृषि, पर्यटन, मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग, ऊर्जा तथा इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर में किए जा रहे बेहतरीन कार्यों के अध्ययन के निर्देश दिए हैं।
मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी ने अधिकारियों को इस दिशा में मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा शुरू किए गए नौ सू़त्र फे्रमवर्क पर एक विस्तृत एक्शन प्लान बनाते हुए गम्भीरता से कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
आज की बैठक में अपर मुख्य सचिव आनंद बर्द्धन, प्रमुख सचिव आर के सुधांशु, एल फैनई, सचिव आर मीनाक्षी सुन्दरम सहित सभी विभागो के सचिव मौजूद रहे।
